Last week in ISM was a huge research week. I found an article that was funded and reviewed by the United States Department of Justice that explained how child custody evaluators and professionals in the legal world process and view domestic abuse claims and how they feel about false allegations. It was a full study with interviews and statistics. I did not get to finish the full article due to its length, but I do want to spend some more time analyzing the study so I can get an even better glimpse of domestic violence. While my main interest lies in the domestic violence aspect of family law, I want to get better acclimated to the other fields family law offers before I close myself in.
