I am a researcher and pracademic in mindfulness, motivation, and sport and exercise psychology. I am currently serving as the Research Director at DR ACADEMY, based in Melbourne, Australia. I possess proficient lecturing, research, and industry experience. In academia, I have taught at Monash University and Victoria University, which helped me develop an effective, innovative, and engaging teaching philosophy as an educator. I am also actively involved in research activities and am regularly invited to international conferences.
Additionally, I continue to work as a consultant and expert in providing a range of mental health solutions to individuals and organisations. I have a proven record of leading complex projects, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing projects from concept to completion, and designing effective strategies and course content. I have also served as a Commissioned and Uniformed Army Officer in the Australian Defence Force. I have recently been elected to serve as an Executive Member of the Managing Council of Asian South-Pacific Association of Sport Psychology.
