My name is Molly Bachman and I am a sophomore at Animas High School who transferred from DHS. I chose Animas because I wanted an alternative from what I had been learning sense kindergarten. I also value the opportunity to grow relationships with my teachers and peers. When I learned that I was dislexic in 6th grade, the traditional learning process was very difficult for me. I was bored and uninterested. It was just not the right fit for me. Moving to Animas was not something I regret. Animas allows me to experience something new and different. I am challenged at Animas just as much as I was at DHS, but in very different ways. I am satisfied with my choice of moving schools.
