The periphery of Europe is bursting with bottom-up organisations and hopeful citizens, but their actions all too often remain under the radar. By centralising 60+ English interviews with them, we connected these islands of hope, so they may inspire and strengthen each other. I was interviewer, final editor and visual editor.
