I finally finalized what I want to do for my final product! I decided for my final product to create a small sustainable school that enhances student learning and benefits students’ mental health. I want the concept design of the school to be mainly implemented in areas that need better and efficient learning spaces such as underdeveloped towns in the United States and even in underdeveloped countries. My mentor did help me a lot when it came to figuring out what I should do for my final product, he gave much advice and suggestions about how I could approach my product.
In relation to my mentor, I also had a mentor visit with Mr.Zapata last week on Thursday. When I went to my mentor visit, I expected to discuss my final product and ask my mentor for feedback and advice. I ended up doing a virtual meeting with Mr. Zapata since there was a mix-up in our scheduling, but I could still contact him and receive his advice and suggestions on my final product. I am glad I talked with him because it helped clear my vision for my final product as I was struggling with my idea and what I wanted to do. I still need to clean up my goal for my final product and finalize what I want to do, but Mr. Zapata was able to help me significantly by giving me a base for my final product.
