In the span of two weeks, I was to do many things related to ISM. The week before spring break Frisco High School and Liberty High School had their Research Showcase where I was able to display all the work I have done in ISM. I was busier than I was anticipating as I had much work to get done in my other classes and I had to attend a funeral during the weekend. On the brighter side, I did further design the second concept drawing and I worked on it more today. I plan to finish the drawing tomorrow, so I can begin the third one on Wednesday, and hopefully on Thursday I can talk to my mentor and ask for some suggestions on which concept drawing to refine.
Other than the progress on my Final Product, Coach Goff recently decided to stop giving us assessments, which has its positives and negatives. With assessments, it took time to complete them, which prevented me from working on my Final Product. However, the assessments also allowed me to organize my thoughts over the things I read in research articles and what I did during mentor visits. In their own way they were useful. Although, I am happy I have more time to work on my Final Product and get caught up with it.
