Holistique Learning organizes a number of morning assembly plans in order to incorporate an extra piece of knowledge among students who are not taught by anyone and is also not found in textbooks. One such morning assembly plan organized is the World Sleep Day Assembly.


World Sleep Day is celebrated on 15th March every year. This plan includes Sleep-Related Activities For Students to depict the importance of sleep. It is conducted to create awareness about sleep disturbances and it’s harmful impact on the overall health of a person. The assembly consists of a Mayan Legend based drama tilted “My Worry Dolls from Guatemala” and many other activities which depict that students should become more expressive and forget about their worries before going to bed in order to get a good sleep.


Holistique Learning conducts this assembly in various schools of different countries for Classes 1 to 10. The events and activities conducted help students to deal with various psychological problems, sleep disturbances and their impacts on health. This company has undertaken a number of activities to help their students understand the importance of this great king. One of these activities was the crayon box activity. This said that each of the students were different and that difference should be respected. Just as there are crayons of various colors, similarly each student also has different characters. Another activity that the company has adopted in order to explain diversity is the play dough.


Here in this activity, they have made students hide various crayons in the play dough. This is also a great visual activity and helps to explain the concept of diversity. There is also another activity that this company has tried to resort to in order to explain the activity of equality. This is fair or unfair. This is an equality sorting activity that has been helping students to find out if particular statements are just or unjust.
