We require that family members present wear a mask when the doctor is in the house. We will minimize our time indoors so that you may remove your mask during those times.
Our doctors will continue to wear a mask for all visits.
No masks are required for outdoor visits. Outdoor visits are highly recommended if the weather cooperates.
If you or any member of your family has been febrile, sick or showing symptoms or has been exposed to anyone who is sick in the prior 2 weeks, we ask that you cancel your appointment.
We will be monitoring ourselves as well. If the doctor is showing any signs of sickness or is exposed to others, we will cancel our visits with you. The safety of our team and the families we serve is of utmost importance.
We will call or text prior to the visit to answer any questions you have and to review what to expect.
On the day of your visit, we will send you an authorization form to be filled out prior to the visit. We will also send the invoice. We recommend you pay the invoice no more than 2 hours prior to the visit. In the event that your pet passes prior to our visit or the visit is rescheduled, refunds may take up to 2 weeks. Payment and authorization should be completed before our arrival.
Keep a box of tissues close as we will not be able to provide them for you.
If we are taking your pet for cremation services, please make sure we can easily maneuver a stretcher out of your yard, house or garage.
For larger pets, we may arrange for Faithful Companion to pick up directly from your home. While we try to arrange for them to be there as close to the end of the visit as possible, sometimes there is a delay to their arrival.
We appreciate your patience and commitment to helping keep all involved safe. We will do our absolute best to make this a peaceful process for your pet and your family.
