I write grid-style puzzles that are best solved on a piece of paper. Alternatively, you may solve these on an applet, if available.
I recommend puzzles as a stimulating activity, when you are spending more time in solitude, or you are just relaxing in a park. Adequate stimulation of the neocortex through problem-solving is found to promote brain health and aid regeneration of synapses.
