Strict punishment for harming unarmed and criminalizing innocent

Blacks

Every police officer should live in the community they patrol

Law enforcement agencies should allow community representatives to meet the officers responsible for patrolling their community.

Government officials and law enforcement agencies need to provide a public list of police officers patrolling each community.

Federal and state governments need to address the anti-Black, false claims, currently promoted by individual’s cherry-picking and misrepresenting crime data, to justify the harming of Blacks by law enforcement. The false claim that Blacks are only 13% of the population, yet responsible for 50% of the violent crimes and murders, needs to be publicly denounced by the FBI.

Law enforcement agencies need to be open to receiving quarterly reports cards about officers patrolling Black communities. These evaluations need to come from the people they interact with within our communities. Good evaluations need to come with a reward, and bad evaluations need to come with training or even some sort of punishment.

The expense of funerals of Blacks killed by law enforcement should come out of the salary of the officer responsible for the killing of an unarmed Black person.

Friends of the law enforcement should never be allowed to prosecute and partake in investigations.

A standard & more civil way of policing & approaching ALL civilians needs to be developed, and implemented nationally.

Stop and Frisk & other despicable forms of profiling needs to be eliminated from police procedures nationally.

Law enforcement agencies need to be vetted for having White Supremacists ties annually.

In order for a movement to be successful, the individuals involved in the movement have to follow and abide by certain disciplines and codes. Below are the codes and guidelines for those whom are interested in being involved with The 1up Movement.
- There is absolutely no room for fear
- Trust has to be earned
- They can say whatever they want, just monitor the moves they make. Put them on the spot by offering to give them a hand, and they have no choice but to show if they are serious
- Always look to work with others. Never look to work for others
- Observe and acknowledge the contradictions around you
- Treat others as you would like to be treated, and if they continue to disrespect you, try to avoid their presence.
- Never speak or make a decision while angry. Your decision making is best in a calm state of mind.
- Laziness is unacceptable, but working smart keeps you from working hard, without reward
- Search for the individuals who can make you laugh without degrading themselves or someone else.
- Promote critical thinking techniques and social entrepreneurship values to the youth
- Using alcohol and drugs keeps you from staying 1up
- Staying 1up means no one can push your buttons.
- Recognize the actions and words of others that are not in your best interest. Know your enemy.
- Don’t become your own enemy. Always take time out of your life for self-evaluation.
- Constantly search for truth, while practicing critical thinking techniques.
- In search of truth, it’s often best to first denounce everything you’ve ever known, and start from the beginning.
- Love and respect yourself
- Mentally be ready to adapt to any situation
- Place no value in material wealth

Free Tuition For State Schools

Anchor New Jersey Through the NJ Stars Program, students in the top 20 percent of their class may be eligible to receive up to five semesters of tuition and fees at their community college. Learn more about NJ Stars.

Missouri Students at designated A+ schools can sign up for a program in which up to six semesters of study at a community college or technical school will be covered. Students must sign up and GPA, volunteer, and other requirements must also be met. Learn more about the A+ Schools Program.

Georgia Through the Georgia HOPE program, students who meet certain eligibility criteria will be covered for the cost of tuition at a Georgia public institution. Awards are also available to students attending Georgia private colleges. Learn more about the HOPE Program.

Colorado Through a state initiative, qualifying residents can receive a per-credit stipend for use at all state and some private schools. Learn more about the College Opportunity Fund
