Lena Quach is an avid and highly skillful Experience Design Researcher at Capital One in the Dallas - Fort Worth area. As a former Product Manager for Intuit and Capital One, Lena has experience leading business, product, technical and user experience teams through product discovery and product development lifecycles.
Her technical skills include product development, executing generative and evaluative user research. As a previous Product Manager on Capital One’s Auto Navigator, Lena demonstrated such technical skills by identifying pain points and addressing user needs. Lena is extremely passionate about utilizing a design thinking mindset in redefining problems and developing solutions while balancing the needs of both the end customer's needs and the business's goals.
