You can attest your certificate online with the university. If this is not an option, you can contact the website of the university, which presumably offers the certificate. There should be an option to check the certificate.
Use the official website of the university as a last resort, as the documents offered there will be fake. The attestation of the diploma and certificate is an important step in the process of applying for the job.
