Travelers to Indonesia must have a Indonesia Health Alert Card and proof that they are insured. Foreigners who are below 18 years of age, foreigners working or studying in Indonesia, or any other foreigner not having permanent resident status in the country need to have an Indonesian Health Alert Card.
