Niambi E. Stanley (otherwise known as Niambi Ebony Prodigy) grew up in Philadelphia PA. In the LGBT Drag scene, performing and celebrity impersonations before crossing over into Philadelphia's Ballroom Scene where she gained city, state, east coast, and national fame in the art form of voguing. Her ballroom career would last a span of 25 years, with many trophies, accolades, and awards under her belt.
2017
From Niambi Prodigy, to Niambi E Stanley, the business woman. In 2017 Niambi decided to go into business for herself online, by starting a online motor membership, where she knew there would be obstacles. After a short lived stay in the affiliate marketing world, she open her first business doing spiritual readings. After the success of her accuracy, she then went on to open Niambi Prodigy Designs where she offers Graphic Design, logos, and Website Creation. At this point, Niambi was far from done and decided to create Niambi Prodigy Television, providing television programming, and troubleshooting for Amazon Firesticks permitting her customers to finally get rid of their cable cords.
2018
Niambi did not stop there, and realized her true purpose was to be of service to her community through activism, and advocacy for the most marginalized and discriminated against. Her own community. The Black Trans Woman in recent years have been targets of hate crimes, violence, and murders across the country. Continuously being denied access to basic human rights, such as healthcare, and housing. Niambi has made it her mission to provide the most marginalized communities proper resources and skills necessary to survive and to keep the violence from contiuning by hosting a weeking live Facebook show titled TransTalkTuesday providing education, insight, awareness, news, and resources impacting the Trans community and beyond.
2019
From Graphic Design, Spiritual Readings, a Hit Vlog Talk Show, Ballroom and Activism online store, and a plethora of national and international interviews on Ballroom History, Trans issues, as well as Mental Health and Spiritual Wellness, Niambi shows no sign of slowing down.
Currently
Niambi continues to provide education, insight and advice in the ballroom sector from a history perspective, as well as mentoring trans youth and creating awareness to the atrocities that trans people face even today. Providing visibility and shedding light on the constant and continued violence and killings of the black trans woman, while balancing her businesses and home life. Niambi lost her biggest supporter, her mother Linda Josette Perkins Stanley in April of 2023 but she still continues to inspire nationally and internationally.
