Several years of work experiences into diverse environment of corporate and Not for profit sector and traveling around three continents makes him believe that diversity in life experiences gives the best learning opportunity.
Dr. Raju Paswan is a polyglot, hardworking, passionate, optimist and driven to learn and grow through new challenges. At present he is working as a visiting professor at Universidad de las Americás Puebla, Mexico and concluding his doctorate with specialisation in Human Resource and Business Management at Faculty of Economics (FEP), University of Porto, Portugal.
Since past six years he has been actively involved in scientific research. His work experiences include leadership and development training to not for profit and small scale business managers in India. He had rigorously Implemented several UNDP & ILO Projects. He has represented Greenpeace India at The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and UN conference in Thailand.
His research domain includes Human resource management, Organisational behaviour, Social innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Business ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility.
He enjoy travelling and have travelled to several countries such as Thailand, France, Portugal, Finland, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Netherlands, Mexico.
